ALL SITES must submit a URL to the website or eBay id for approval before using Starrloop.com graphics.

Starrloop.com strongly supports pet rescue sites and the pursuit of exposing and shutting down puppy mills and the like.

HOW TO USE OUR GRAPHICS:

To decorate your own eBay pages including but not limited to: item description, about me, my page, store page, related eBay pages.

To decorate your own business cards, stationery, email, signature cards, guest books provided the terms on this page are met. You may not sell these items to others.

To decorate your own website whether personal or commercial if credit to Starrloop.com is given on each page where graphics are in use and if the site is an approved site (see terms for approval).

COPYRIGHT PROTECTION:

You may use free hosting sites like www.Inkfrog.com and www.PhotoBucket.com to host your images. If you are using free hosts for any purchaseware items you must set account to "private" to prevent others from taking (stealing, snagging) your purchaseware graphics. Failure to take reasonable measures to prevent theft violates the terms prohibiting the sharing of purchaseware.

GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE:

In order to use the graphics found on this site, you must provide a link back to Starrloop.com on each page where the graphics are used. The link must be an active (clickable) link and read as follows:

Printing and product design sites using Starrloop.com freeware or purchaseware graphics for their own profit or fraudulently offering Starrloop.com purchaseware graphics for freeware.

COPYRIGHT COMPLIANCE:

When you purchase an auction template or personalized logo you are not buying the copyright to the template or graphics. Starrloop.com retains ownership of the template and graphics. Do not sell these graphics. Do not resell the graphics or template. Do not put the graphics on anything that you sell such as auction templates or website templates, coffee mugs, t-shirts, stationery or any other product you can think of. Starrloop Graphics retains the copyright for the graphics and allows you to use the graphics in your auctions as enhancement to your eBay pages including auction descriptions, about me page, store page and other eBay related pages. Starrloop will prosecute copyright violations and it is your responsibility to be informed of copyright law. If in doubt, ask questions. Starrloop terms prohibit sharing of this template set with your friends or groups. However, Starrloop does allow a third party to personalize your template for your use if necessary (but please ask us first, as we are happy to help you).

I have opened a new eBay id starrloop_outlet for all graphics and it is a division of Starrloop.com. You are responsible for verifying that the graphics and templates you use are legitimate. If you buy from someone with stolen graphics (look for sellers offering popular cartoon brands, etc.) your auctions and/or images could be pulled without notice. Don't let this happen to you. You may not at any time create new items from our graphics such as email stationery, blinkies, incredi-mail stationery, banners, awards, tubes, etc. unless we have stated that the item is made for such use.

You may not at any time sell Starrloop.com graphics or products containing Starrloop.com graphics for any reason.

You may not at any time direct link or hot link to any graphics on Starrloop.com or our partner site MyBabyGiggles.com.

You may not at any time share, take or snag Starrloop.com graphics which are part of a purchaseware collection.

You may not at any time use Starrloop.com graphics on religious pages/sites/emails for religions other than those of the conservative, biblical Christian faith.

You may not at any time print Starrloop.com graphics on products for sale.

You may not at any time use graphics that you have purchased or received to decorate another person's site. They must purchase their own set and their site must be approved by the owner of Starrloop.com.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE REQUEST:

Use of Starrloop.com graphics on commercial sites and/or for business promotion:

Business sites seeking permission to use Starrloop.com graphics in a commercial application must present their request in writing. Fees for such use with be negotiated with the owner of Starrloop.com. Permission must be in writing or it is a violation of copyright and will be prosecuted.

Web designers seeking permission to use Starrloop.com graphics to design pages for their customers must present their request in writing and include URL web addresses for where the graphics will be used. Fees and terms for such use will be negotiated with the owner of Starrloop.com. Permission must be in writing or it is a violation of copyright and will be prosecuted.

Product designers seeking permission to use Starrloop.com graphics to create any product for sale must present their request in writing and obtain written permission from the owner of Starrloop.com. LEGAL ACTION:

If you prepay for an order and it is found that you running a prohibited site your money will be refunded and your right to use Starrloop.com copyrighted images will be legally revoked.
